3 STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL EVENT

  • STEP #1: We meet with you to understand your event goals and budget.
     

  • STEP #2: We create an event execution plan based on your needs, working with your company/organization and our team to coordinate all the required planning and pre-event logistics.
     

  • STEP #3: We execute the event, providing you with on-site management, tear-down, and most importantly a post-event report detailing everything from the final budget to key recommendations based on your event evaluation feedback.

Our Options

We offer many ways to work with us

  • Full-service Management: We create a full-service management package with a flat fee that covers a comprehensive list of services from work plan development, site selection, registration, speaker coordination, etc., to onsite management based on your event size and required planning components. 
     

  • A la Carte Services: This option is for clients who need partial services. We can customize an a la carte package to fit your event needs.
     

  • Event Consulting: Whether you're looking for event design, strategy, or assistance with procuring the right vendors for your event, we have got you covered. A package can be created based on a set number of hours. This also includes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Event Consulting that ensures your event is inclusive of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language, (dis)ability, age, religious commitment, or political perspective.
